Ali Alosaimi, a UK navy officer joins ISIS group

Ali Alosaimi has fled to Syria to join the Islamic State terror group

A 28 year old navy officer, Ali Alosaimi, who trained at one of  Britain's most prestigious maritime colleges has left for Syria and joined ISIS terror group. According to Dailymail, MR Alosaimi is a Kuwait born national. He lived in South Shields Tyne and Wear, where in 2011 he enrolled for a three year Merchant Navy Officer course. Before coming to UK, he had worked with a state owned oil tanker in Kuwait. His personal details were found among a cache of IS documents leaked to The Mail on Sunday. His family said he became radicalized in the final year of his course, when he started growing beard and preaching to teen relatives to join IS. The family further said that before then he was a jolly good fellow who liked to drink, smoke and had girlfriends. His Uncle Ali, said he seemed a changed person after his 19 year old younger brother Abdullah, got killed while fighting with fanatics in Syria.
