Six kidnapped Chibok girls dead

On Tuesday. a 19 year old Amina Nkek, one of the 219 Chibok girls kidnapped in 2014 by Boko Haram, told the activists and local officials that 6 of the kidnapped Chibok girls were dead. According to Premium Times, Ms Nkek was rescued at Kulakasia village by the Chibok vigilante group where she went in search of firewood. Report also has it that the rescued girl was breastfeeding a baby when found. Also, the rescued girl said the remaining girls were well secured and protected in the Sambisa forest so that the Nigerian army would not have access to them.
