The U.S. administration wants to get an approval before selling about 12 A-29 Super Tucano light attack aircraft to Nigeria in order to support their fight against Boko Haram. Premium Times reported that, some U.S officials who spoke on condition of anonymity made this known while discussing the administration's plans in supporting President Buhari's reform and fight against corruption in the country's military. In addition that, the sale of the aircraft is to show U.S commitment and involvement in helping to win the war against Boko Haram, extremist group.
