Nigeria will explode if Jonathan is arrested, Northern CAN admonishes

The Christians Association of Nigeria ,CAN northern branch has reprimanded President Buhari against his supposed plan of arresting former President Goodluck Jonathan, saying that Nigeria would explode if president Jonathan is arrested. This was stated yesterday in Kaduna. Vanguard news reported that the association called on the president Buhari to pay attention in arresting the Fulani herdsmen who go about butchering innocent citizens, find a lasting solution to our epileptic power supply and think of how to grow our economy which has been growing weaker since he assumed office. Rev John Joseph Hayab,CAN Public Relations Officer, made this known in Kaduna and advised President Buhari against taking such action against President Jonathan, saying that such action could tear Nigeria apart. He further said that if such a plan is to impress the International communities and to show them that we are fighting corruption, then such a move is a wrong one because the same International communities have been celebrating President Jonathan as a hero of democracy. Rather, he advised the government to provide fuel, electric supply, security of lives and properties, prompt salary to Nigerians. Rev Hayab also reminded the Federal Government of some public office holders who were accused of corruption but nothing was done to them. So why raising dust about President Jonathan.
