Taylor Swift threatened Kanye West with a criminal prosecution some months ago because he secretly recorded their conversation. According to TMZ, a source with full knowledge about the conversation, said the telephone conversation recording took place in an L.A area studio. TMZ reported to have a copy of the letter Taylor's attorney sent Kanye's attorney in February concerning this issue. Taylor's attorney stated, under California law, that it is a criminal offence and felony for one to secretly record another's telephone conversation.
The content of the letter goes thus and i quote......."Demand is hereby made that you immediately destroy all such recordings, provide us of assurance that this has been done, and also assurance that these recordings have not been previously disseminated."
We hope Taylor does not take a legal action against Kanye.
