India temple fireworks explode and kills at least 100 persons

At least about 100 persons have been reported dead at an Indian Hindu Temple in the State of Kerala.There was an explosion of fireworks that were suppossed to be used during an Indian new year festival. The ugly incident happened at about 03:30 (22:15 GMTSaturday) and killed about 100 persons and wounded more than 20 persons. A building fell down during the explosion and there was power outage too thereby making  rescue effort to be a difficult task. According to reports from BBC NEWS, the Kerala Chief Police, TP Senkumar, said the dead ones were burnt beyond recognition and can only be identified if DNA tests are carried out. The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting the accident scene to see things for himself.
