#JusticeForESE: Yunusa's father is not innocent

Mr. Solomon Arase, the Inspector General of Police, said that Alhaji Dahiru Bala's claim of his son, Yunusa, aka yellow,being innocent of the crime he is being accused of does not hold water. Mr. Arase made this known on Thursday in Benin, Edo State during a one day workshop on sexual and gender based violence in Nigeria that the Nigeria police organised in collaboration with Clean Foundation and Ford Foundation. Alhaji Bala, Yunusa's father said that his son followed' his heart' while Ese "fell in love" with him and followed him home, he made this statement at his Tofa home in Kuru Local Government Area of Kano State. Mr Arase said that Alhaji Bala's claim of his son being innocent  would not stop the police from prosecuting Yunusa if found guilty of the accusation after investigation is carried out. He further stated that it is Yunusa who is a culprit and not his father, Alhaji Bala.
