EgyptAir hijack: plane lands in Cyprus

An EgyptAir airliner Flight Ms181, Airbus A320 carrying 81 passengers has been hijacked and forced to land at Larnaca airport, south coast of Cyprus.The flight which left Alexandria and was heading to Cairo was hijacked when a passenger announced that he was wearing explosives vest and forced the pilot to land at Larnaca airport. Other passengers on board the plane were released apart from the crew and four foreign passengers after negotiations were reached. So far the hijacker has not made any demands or said his motive for hijacking the plane.
