A four old girl decapitated in Taiwan knife attack

A 33 year old man Known by his surname Wang, has attacked and beheaded a girl in her mother's presence with a cleaver knife. According to the Official of the Central News Agency (CNA), this ugly incidence happened on Monday while the victim and her mother were heading to metro station in Taipei, the Island capital. The girl's mother said her daughter was riding her bicycle like one meter away from her and later got stuck up somewhere and she saw the man walking up to her daughter and thought the young man was offering assistance to the girl. she never knew the man was going to hack her daughter to death with the cleaver knife. The police told the CNA official that the young man is mentally deranged and had received treatment at a psychiatric hospital.
