Chief Olisa Metuh, the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, has on Monday filed for a fundamental human rights suit before a Federal High court in Lagos. Metuh filed this suit through his lawyer Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa, claimed that his arrest was unjustified and also is a scheme by the APC led government to clamp down on the opposition party. He further stated that his inalienable rights are being trampled upon and therefore seeks for his immediate release.
