Buhari surprises Osinbajo, Ministers at FEC meeting

President Buhari arrived for Federal Executive Council meeting earlier than scheduled. The meeting was slated for 10am today but the President arrived at 9:50am, only few council members were around as at the time he arrived. The vice president Yemi Osinbajo, Chris Ngige, Babagana Monguno , Abba Kyari and Khadija Bukar Abba and some members around were shocked seeing him arrived at that time. Some ministers arrived after the meeting had commenced.
