Dangote intends generating 12,000MW of electricity

Mr Aliko Dangote, the president of Dangote industries said that by 2018, his company would be able to generate 12000MW of electricity for the country. Dangote made this known on Monday in Lagos during the Nigerian Economist Summit, an event organised by Economist events , a branch of The Economist of London and i quote, "Our gas project would have our pipelines on the seabed. The output should be able to provide about 12,000MW of power. We see a lot of transformation when we are done with most of our projects by 2018..............."
