The Media and Publicity officer of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mr .Emma Powerful has raised an alarm over the deteriorating heath of their leader, Nnamdi Kanu who is being detained by the Directorate of State Services. They accused the DSS of severally denying Kanu access to medical treatment, and plans of terminating his life while in detention. The publicity officer said a reliable source from the DSS hinted them about the Federal Government's plan to relocate Kanu to a particular cell filled with Boko Haram inmates. He further stated that IPOB has written a letter to United Nations, the African Union, United States, Russia,, Britain, France and Amnesty International about the Fedral Government's action against Kanu through DSS operatives. The group also warned the APC led government and president Buhari of Nigeria not knowing peace should anything happen to Kanu while in their custody
