Hugh Hefner's Playboy Mansion located on five acres in Holmby Hills near Beverly Hills Los Angeles is up for sale at the cost of  $200million. The terms and conditions for sale of the mansion include allowing the owner to be a resident for the rest of his life, this is because the mansion has served as a residence and a workplace for the owner for the past 40 years.
